If you want to avoid those things, you get a billet connecting rod, billet flywheel, and valve springs appropriate for your target max rpm. If you are really cheap, you can just 1) attempt to tap the crank for the honda 2) buy a new crank for the honda, or 2) buy a new rod for the predator. .038 is usually a good jet size for the predator engines btw. Few thou longer than stock rod so slightly higher compression. Idle should be around 1600 rpm. But we cant leave well enough alone can we?
